Course overview
Creating Value for Every Stakeholder is a
two-week applied micro-course in Stakeholder Theory. It teaches a single
capability — taking a real strategic decision and making a choice that creates
value across every group it affects — as a method of judgment rather than a
statement of good intentions.
You work one decision from end to end: identifying the parties it touches, analyzing their interests and their influence, and then formulating and defending a strategy that creates durable value across the whole stakeholder set — so that by the end you hold a recommendation you could put in front of the people it affects.
