Course overview
Leading for the Situation is a one-week applied micro-course in Situational Leadership. It teaches a single, practical skill — adapting your leadership to the person and the task in front of you — as a discipline of judgement rather than a personality quiz.

You choose one real team member and one specific goal in the opening lesson and carry them through all six, learning to read the two behaviors behind every leadership style, diagnose a person's development level, and match your style to it. By the end of the week, you hold a partnering-for-performance plan for someone you actually lead, built to a published quality standard.
