Course overview
Leading with Vision and Purpose is a one-week applied micro-course in transformational leadership that teaches a single, practical skill: raising a team's performance above the transactional baseline as a design discipline, not a trait. In the opening lesson, you select a real team and a specific performance goal, then carry them through six lessons as you learn to distinguish transactional from transformational leadership and apply four performance-boosting behaviors: a personally modeled vision, inspiration, intellectual stimulation, and individual consideration. By week’s end, you will have a transformational leadership plan for the team you lead, produced to a publishable-quality standard and supported by honest evidence.
